We are a world leading electrical cable and connector manufacturer with over 10,000 employees worldwide. We manufacturer high speed cables and connectors and sell into the defence, aerospace, automotive and medical industry. We are currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
Job summary:
As the Regional Sales Manager for the southeast, you will be key member of the Sales team building close relationships with our customers in upselling our businesses service and products.
Job responsibilities for the Regional Sales Manager:
- Field sales position selling our manufactured electrical products of cables, wiring and connectors.
- Combined blend of new business and account management (Mostly new business)
- Develop and implement sales strategy in support of business objectives and sales forecast.
- Maximise sales opportunities, proactively seek avenues for new business and convert these into profitable sales.
- Work collaboratively and develop relationships with all internal departments Inc procurement, design, and engineering departments.
- Generate pipeline that leads to closed revenue.
- Plan, forecast and report upon sales activity within your area against KPIs.
Requirements for the Regional Sales Manager:
- Proven track record of billing and developing new business.
- Strong electrical knowledge and strong industry knowledge
- Able to organise and plan your week accordingly.
- Experience in account management and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Self-efficient and comfortable to provide solutions to a problem.
