Position Summary:

· Ivanti is seeking to hire a seasoned and exceptional Sales Leader, to assist in accelerating growth for the UK and Ireland Enterprise market

·This role is catered for an individual who thrives in an environment of fast pace and high growth and has demonstrated a successful track record in building high-performing sales teams who can sell on business value.

· This position provides a tremendous opportunity to contribute to the success of the global business. While the focus is on sales in the Enterprise market, this individual will also be responsible for partnering with marketing, customer success, services, pre-sales, and the external partner community to help us scale the operation in the UK.

· As an integral member of the executive team, the Regional Vice President (RVP) of Sales executes a sales plan and strategy for achieving annual quotas and revenue targets for the company’s products and services

· The RVP of Sales enhances the company’s strategic decisions by providing key market intelligence based on interactions with clients, prospects, and other market players.

· This will involve leading the performance of the overall business comprised of 11 sellers across the UK and Irish market

· This is a highly collaborative and consultative role, blending technical vision with business acumen to drive efficient and scalable sales process, and execution for the region.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify, develop, and implement effective Enterprise Account plans and strategies for UK Customers

· Develop specific revenue plans for sales teams as needed to ensure growth in all products/services targeted by the organization

  • Manage efforts to research and identify prospects and target customers plus also build out expertise in vertical markets so as to leverage any trends in growth sectors
  • Develop and test new sales strategies and tactics, replicating those that are most successful.
  • Build key Partner relationships with existing and future Ivanti partners, to help leverage the UK install base
  • Work closely with the EMEA West Leadership team in developing overall strategy and growth platforms
  • Build and maintain Ivanti’s company brand, establishing our position in the market.
  • Personally engage in key account sales, business development, and ongoing customer success.
  • Develop and actively maintain individual and regional sales forecasts across assigned accounts and lines of business.

People:

· Build, grow, and mentor a high performing sales organization, that maximises sales revenues, attain corporate objectives and exceed sales targets.

· Provide coaching, advice, support, motivation or information to help individuals meet and ideally exceed their defined sales objectives

· Train and coach sales representatives to structure deals that exceed revenue expectations

· Serve as escalation point for issues beyond team authority; resolve team conflicts as necessary

· Attract and grow a strong pipeline of talent for the organization and be the Ivanti Ambassador to Recruiters, Candidates, media and the like to show a strong Leadership and cultural presence

· Be responsible for the cultural development of the region regardless of reporting lines and nurture team spirit and cross functional cooperation.
