Job description: Registered Manager – Mother & Baby – Up to £400 per day – Hybrid
NonStop Care have a fantastic opportunity that’s opened up in the East London area for an experienced Registered Manager to join a newly established Mother & Baby home. The ideal candidate will have experience working within residential children’s services, ideally in a management capacity.
This position is offering very attractive rates of pay, up to £400 per day DOE, which will allow you more money during these trying times & ultimately increase your overall work satisfaction.

Responsibilities of this position include;
- Manage the staffing, resourcing and budgetary requirements to ensure our children and young people have a safe, warm and welcoming home where they can grow and develop.
- Grow a team of capable workers to ensure their continuous professional development & the betterment of the service.
- Help with the establishment of a new Mother & Baby home

Requirements;
- 2 yearsResidential childcare management experience
- Up to date DBS & licence
- Level 4 or 5 management qualification in Residential Childcare or Equivalent
- Social Workers with Residential experience also accepted
