Job description: Medication administration assisting with admissions and discharges. Working alongside Advanced care practitioners , doctors , occupational therapy and physiotherapist. Patient general nursing care.Main duties of the jobTo provide effective patient care whilst working as a member of the nursing team across East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust (EKHUFT).
