The ward is a 23 bedded, monitored unit. Speciality training is given to all staff and supported well by the respiratory teams.Good education/progression opportunities which will be supported by the Ward Manager.Main duties of the jobTo support the Ward Manager and other colleagues in the everyday running of the ward.Maintain patient dignity and respect all patients, colleagues, other staff and relatives.Allocated your own cohort of patients for the shift, you will be their first point of contact and will be responsible for their medical needs.About usWe are one of the largest hospital trusts in England, with five hospitals and community clinics serving a local population of around 800,000 people.
