Adecco Recruitment are currently seeking a Regulatory Analyst to join one of our prestigious clients based in Weybridge. Our client is a multinational consumer goods corporation which is leading within the industry. This is a temporary role due to start in February 2024 until February 2025 with the possibility of extension.

Duties:
- Support the maintenance of the QMS
- Act as a QA contact
- Ensure SOP related to quality are updated.
- Ensure record are raised and progressed in the respective systems.
- Ensure that appropriate corrective and preventive actions are timely defined, documented, tracked, and closed to continuously improve the QMS.
- Ensure product returns from complaints are requested and forward to PR Lab or manufacturing sites for further investigations.
- Liaise with other internal functions on quality issues.
- Participate in the monitoring and reporting of quality metrics.
- Support the development of the annual self-inspection audits and support follow up actions.
- Support the preparation, coordination and follow up on internal audits and authority inspections.
- Support Product related quality incident/Recall and withdrawal process
- Prepare and undertake relevant quality training activities.
- Ensure own training is complete and kept up to date.
Essential:
- QA experience or relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Working knowledge of principal and concepts of Quality Assurance
- Broad understanding of Quality Management Systems and processed in a regulatory environment.
Desirable:
- Bachelor’s degree in science or equivalent experience
