Job description: We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Haringey to assist with the appointment of a Repairs Data Analyst, on a 3-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.Rate of Pay: £24.00 per hour PAYEResponsibilities:
- Manage and deliver data analysis under the direction of the Head of Repairs.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the repairs service and use this to continuously improve services across the service in accordance with the service delivery plan and housing improvement plan.
- Use a range of project management and data analysis skills to drive transformation, innovation, and service improvement across the housing repairs service.
- Carry out analysis of customer feedback, insight, performance, and management information, and report to these to HRSMT with detailed findings and recommendations for change.
- Lead on data analysis reporting to the Head of Repairs with key findings and evidence-based recommendations.
- Pro-actively review systems and processes to find efficiencies in working practices, and report these to the Head of Repairs.
Required Experience:
- Experience in the use of IT packages, relevant to the post e.g., advanced Excel skills.
- Experience in social housing and an understanding of a housing repairs service.
- Experience of dealing effectively and efficiently with customer and client enquiries
