Fixed Term Contract: 6 months
Full time starting salary is normally £37,337 per annum

We welcome applications from skilled, passionate and committed researchers who can contribute to a new European project ReSChape – Reshaping Supply Chains for Positive Social Impact. The ReSChape project aims to improve EU resilience and sustainability by developing innovative tools to evaluate the impact of disruptions.
About the Role
We would like to appoint a Research Fellow to work on the ReSChape project which aims at analysing social (as well as economic and environmental) changes and disruptions impacting on supply chains at levels ranging from the relationships between countries to the impact on social indicators.
About You
You will already have a Doctorate (or be very close to completion) in logistics, supply chain management, operations management or a related field and you will command strong expertise in qualitative research. We also welcome applications from individuals with expertise in food supply chain management and food systems. The successful applicant will be part of this exciting project and will be expected to conduct, inter alia, literature reviews, interviews and focus groups, to complete relevant data analysis and reports and to publish journal papers. With excellent communication skills, you will be also expected to analyse policy reports, disseminate and communicate appropriate policy recommendations and develop business and sustainability plans.
