We support a work life balance with options for flexible and hybrid working.The Family Support Service is an innovative multi-agency project that supports the successful co-ordination of local statutory and voluntary services to work in partnership with families with complex and multiple needs.This role is a fixed term 1 year contract to work within the Resettlement Team supporting families who come to live within our area as part of the Afghan Relocations and Assistance Policy, and Afghan Citizens Resettlement Scheme. This post will work with families who will be resettled in the Surrey Heath and Runnymede BoroughsFamilies will need support in all aspects of their resettlement and are expected to have underlying complex needs relating (but not limited) to language, mental and physical health, family function, employment and capacity. The purpose of your intervention is to use the coordinated expertise and resources of multi-agency partners to enable smooth, effective and efficient integration within their local communities.It is expected that all Family Support Coordinator’s will participate in an intensive induction training programme to assist them in the role as well as regular case and clinical supervision on taking up the post.
