Job Description

We have a new and exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to join our ResLife team as a Marketing and Communications Coordinator.

About the role:

In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the ResLife Experience by supporting the development, implementation, and delivery of our marketing and communications strategy. 

The ResLife Team is dedicated to creating a positive and inclusive living and learning environment for our diverse student population. From pre-application to the departure of resident students, we are committed to providing an enriching ResLife Experience.

You’ll be responsible for creating and scheduling engaging visual content across various channels informed by a monthly content plan. Additionally, you will support with a variety of administration tasks to support the ResLife team and wider Campus Services department , including the updating of webpages, management of department’s feedback and complaints, tracking, summarising, and responding accordingly.

The role also involves supporting with marketing and communications for the Campus Service department and it’s commercial activity: our campus hospitality and retail outlets, summer accommodation for guests, conferences and events.

This role is offered on a full time, open ended basis.
