This role will be instrumental in driving our brand’s presence and engagement at the local level while ensuring the seamless execution of marketing campaigns within our restaurants.With big expansion plans ahead there will be lots of opportunity to get involved in all areas of Marketing and cross functional projects across the business, delivering key initiatives from new restaurant launches, menu development, customer research to social media activity and implementing digital strategies.The Role:

  • Develop and implement tailored marketing plans for individual restaurant locations as required, considering local demographics, competition, and consumer preferences
  • Lead the in-restaurant activation of marketing campaigns and menu launches, including all print and digital POS, as well as other customer engagement initiatives
  • Champion the customer experience by developing a deep understanding of our customer journeys across all channels, and constantly seek ways to improve and optimise them.
  • Manage local marketing budgets effectively, optimizing spend to maximize ROI and achieve desired outcomes
  • Guard and update all restaurant information, including range, pricing and signage
  • Create training materials for launches, that restaurant teams will use to execute marketing campaigns seamlessly
  • Stay informed about industry trends, computer activities, and best practices in local marketing to identify opportunities fro innovation and differentiation
  • Cultivate relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and influencers to enhance brand awareness and foster partnerships

Monitor and analyse performance metrics, including sales data, customer feedback, and campaign effectiveness, to inform future strategies and tacticsWhat we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • 3-4 years’ experience minimum in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in marketing or hospitality, with a focus on local or regional initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and agencies, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Creative thinker with a track record of developing innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Flexibility to travel to multiple restaurant locations within the UK as needed.
