Role: ECS (E-Cigarette Specialist)
Location: VPZ – Edinburgh
Contract: 20-40 Hours per week minimum.
Starting Rate: £10.50 with further increase following successful completion of training
OTE of £14.00 per hour +

We are looking to expand our team, and hire an ECS with key-holder responsibilities to join our store
Ideally, you will have previous experience in a customer-facing environment,
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Provide excellent customer care & advice
- Ensure stock levels are maintained accurately
- Increase customer retention by delivering consistently high levels of customer service
- Assist the manager and wider team in the day-to-day running of the store

About VPZ
Started in 2012 when the owners, who had a desire to stop smoking, tried various ways to switch from cigarettes and found that vaping was the only thing that helped them kick the habit!
Stopping smoking, especially on your own, is no easy feat and this is where the story of VPZ began.
One thing that hit home for the owners when making the switch to vaping was the poor customer experience, lack of availability and lack of choice when maintaining their supply of liquids and coils. Fuelled with the desire to help more people kick the habit by making the switch to vaping and armed with the knowledge that in 2012 there were approximately 12.4 million smokers in the UK, they decided to open their first-ever VPZ store in Leith, Edinburgh.
9 Years later VPZ now has over 150 Stores across the UK, with more store openings on the way. We are forever growing and would love you to be part of a wonderful and ever-expanding team.
