LOCATION: WarwickBeyond Property, Purchasing, HR and IT, more than being part of our Finance or Marketing teams, beyond even Sales and Service, every role in every business area offers unique opportunities to make an impact on the future of mobility and the automotive industry.WHAT TO EXPECTDo you have experience in delivering complex, transformation projects, and are looking to take the next step in your careerAs the Retail Experience Coordinator, you’ll be supporting our luxury retail programme, and delivery of experience concept projects that enhance the retail environment.Reporting to the Retail Concept & Strategy Manager, the you’ll also support a variety of projects related to Jaguar’s retail strategy and in-store experience, working with external agencies and partners, as well as cross-functionally with the Jaguar and Commercial teams.This is an exciting position where you’ll contribute to a revolutionary automotive experience as well as opportunities to support other areas within the team. No two days are the same and you will continuously learn throughout the role. The team is made up of a wide breadth of experience including automotive, luxury retail and events and the overall culture is incredibly supportive.Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of retail experience projects from strategy through to proof of concept.
- Owner of project timelines, risks, issues, dependencies and stakeholder relations for retail experience projects.
- Work collaboratively with Implementation and Operations Retail teams maintaining oversight as the retail experience guardian as projects go to market.
- Complete status updates and reports to inform the Jaguar Retail Management team.
- Research and analysis of customer needs to support retail strategic projects.
- Capture competitor intelligence and retail trends allowing for benchmarking and trend analysis.
- Creation of content & presentations to support project milestones reviews and governance approvals.
- Create business cases and conduct feasibility studies identifying the requirements, risks, opportunities and commercial customer impact to demonstrate viability of new retail projects.
- Evaluate financial and quantitative data to support proposals.
- Work cross-functionally with external agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure projects deliver against Jaguar’s requirements and priorities.
- Deputise for the Retail Concept & Strategy manager at meetings, where appropriate.
WHAT YOU’LL NEEDAs the Retail Experience Coordinator, you’ll need the following knowledge, skills and experience:
- A motivated, self-starter, out of the box thinker
- Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
- Analytical but pragmatic approach
- Commercial awareness
- Reporting and Presentation experience
- Experience in delivering complex, transformation projects
- Confident in taking ownership and leading projects
- Confident Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) user
- Adaptable and resilient to changing requirements
