Job description: Mploy have an opportunity for a Store and Replenishment Manager to join a fast growing and progressive retailer and to make your mark in the developing logistics department as well as bring new ideas to the business’ supply chain efficiency.
This company supply Frozen meals to pets alongside training equipment, toys, snacks and much more.
You will report to the Operations Manager and work with the Purchasing and Retail teams, you will lead, manage and motivate a small in house warehouse team in a role which is critical and which directly contributes to the success of the their business.
They pride themselves in offering a high level of product availability, working in the cold stores and warehouses play a pivotal role in helping the business to grow. This is a varied and developing role, if it sounds of interest then apply now.
Warehousing
- Issue pick lists to warehouse teams and suppliers for replenishment and invoicing purposes
- Organise a warehouse and cold stores of mixed products
- Manage stock takes
- Break down, check off and store frozen and ambient deliveries and oversee them to a high standard
- Deal accurately with variations
- Ensure loss and damages are kept to a minimum and ensure accurate reporting
- Welcome Trading Standards to demonstrate our high standards and implement any actions as suggested
- Keep track of cold store servicing and deal efficiently with servicing issues
Production
- Manage in house label and barcode production
- Keep track of weighing scales calibration and servicing
- Organise the break down of bulk stocks into smaller quantities
- Ensure label wastage is kept to a minimum
You will have:
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- IT literate (Excel and Outlook)
- Demonstrable people management and team leader skills
- Be comfortable and able to work quickly and efficiently in a cold store environment
- Have a genuine interest in logistics and supply chain in a fast paced retail environment.
- A full clean driving license. You may be required to drive a 3.5t lorry and will be required to provide cover for Home Delivery drivers

Full time working 5 out of 7 days. Standard 40 hour week.
Salary on offer £30,000 if criteria are met, based in Totton.
