Job description: Safran is excited to launch its 2024 Graduate scheme in partnership with Roxel. Roxel is an Anglo-French Company that designs, develops, and manufactures a range of solid propellant rocket motors for use in tactical missiles used by the Defence industry.

Its operations are spread across several sites in the UK and France, and it has an annual turnover of about £100M and 800 staff. The main UK operations are located at Summerfield near Kidderminster in the West Midlands.

What will I be doing on this graduate programme?

During your graduate programme, you will have the opportunity to gain experience in many different areas including recruitment, offers and employment, payroll, promotions, talent reviews and more. Your role will be a mix of day-to-day activities including HR administration as well as delivering on wider HR projects including delivering and training to the business, getting involved with learning and development, developing your own policy and more.

You will gain skills in:

• Relationship building.
• Policy writing.
• Negotiating with people, teams, and unions.
• Project delivery.
• HR administration.

• A 2.1 or above (or equivalent) in either HR or a Business-related subject
