Job description: Our client is a progressive multi-disciplinary firm of Chartered Surveyors based in South Scotland and the North of England. Due to growth they are looking for a Rural Surveyor / Agricultural Consultant in the Berwick upon Tweed Office.
The Role
This position will be a varied role with no day being the same and will involve Estate Management, BPS, Environmental Schemes, Capital Grant Scheme, Rural property valuations, Utility schemes, Renewables and planning and development. It would be beneficial if candidates had experience or an interest in a number of these areas, along with strong interpersonal skills.
The Candidate
We are looking for a MRICS or FAAV qualified candidate ideally who has work experience who have an interest and experience in estate management or property management. Our client would also be interested in hearing from likeminded rural professionals looking for career progression with an affinity to living and working in North Northumberland and the Scottish Boarders.
