Job description: This practice offers a truly visionary way of working! Their focus is on delivering comprehensive, coordinated and continuous care for patients that starts from creating an environment that is right for the GPs and other clinicians. Workload is made as manageable as possible thanks to dedicated teams focussing on admin and triage so that GPs can focus on routine clinics and patient experience without needing to run any duty clinics.Joining this practice you will be part of a small, close-knit, family-feel team who all work together to make the patient experience as best as it possibly can be.With a truly excellent salary package on offer as well, including life insurance and GMC fees being paid, this really is a potential ‘forever job’ for the right person.Salary – £11,500 per session + 6 weeks a/l + 2 statutory holidays + 1 week study leave + 8 BHLocation – ReadingThe surgery

Your role –

  • 4 – 6 sessions per week (must be a Wednesday and/or Thursday and/or Friday)
  • 15-minute appointments
  • No duty clinic – all routine appointments
  • Mixture of telephone and face-to-face appointments
  • Low home-visiting numbers
  • Deliver exceptional levels of care to all patients
