The Sales Account Manager will lead the entire sales process. Support the Go to market Strategy as well as the retention and growth of your assigned client base. As our new Sales Account Manager, you will be focused on building and growing relationships with existing clients and new business prospects.

You will have competitive salary, including accelerators for overachievement of sales goals.

This is REMOTE role but you are based in UK.

The Sales Account Manager will focus on:

Sales Activity

  • Meeting and exceeding bookings targets, through selling to the given list of existing Clients and new business prospects
  • Targeting and generating opportunities to provide sufficient pipeline
  • Responsible for adherence to and the policing of documented business processes
  • Building strong, mutually beneficial relationships with given list of existing Clients
  • Overseeing competitor activity and market trends-utilizing the knowledge in the product road map
  • Continuous development of professional skills through company recommended training and self-learning

Collaboration

  • Work alongside specialized sales engineers in discovery and demonstrations
  • Define, drive and influence the product road map for the next 3 years
  • Provide customer documentation for implementation handoff
  • Focus on collaboration with the rest of the TrueCommerce sales organization

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

  • Strong relationship builder with lead generation/pipeline building skills
  • BA/BS Degree
  • 3-5 years of Entreprise sales experience
  • 4+ years selling e-commerce or SaaS solutions
  • Good understanding of sales and marketing processes
  • Self- starter with drive and determination to succeed
  • Positive, pro-active, can-do attitude
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of business processes
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel, with occasional overnight stays
