Job description: Vehicle Sales Administrator

  • Monday – Friday 37.5 Hours
  • Main Franchised Dealership
  • Liverpool
  • Salary between – £24,000 – £26,000 depending on skill set and experience

My client, a leading UK independent Franchise Dealership Network with 58 award-winning locations, represents 17 global car manufacturers. Established in the 90s, they prioritize professionalism, integrity, and top-tier customer service. They are seeking a Vehicle Administrator to join their central account and admin team.

The Vehicle Administrator role will entail supporting the Head Accountant covering eleven Dealerships. Tasks may include:

  • Managing new vehicle stock placement.
  • Processing used vehicle purchases for inventory.
  • Coordinating vehicle prep with the workshop.
  • Generating vehicle sales invoices.
  • Completing transactions via DVLA online systems.
  • Maintaining accurate vehicle records.
  • Ensuring timely and precise handling of new and used vehicle sales from order to delivery.
  • Communicating progress of customer vehicles with the sales team.
  • Submitting completed deal files by month end.
  • Assisting the Head Accountant with any additional tasks as needed.

To be considered for this Sales Administrator role, ideally you will have:

  • Knowledge of DMS System Kerridge
  • Experience and Knowledge of the Car Industry
  • Highly motivated
  • Efficent
  • Well organised
