- Processing Orders via email and telephone
- Despatching orders
- Managing company correspondence, I:e taking calls, answering emails, dealing with queries
- Invoicing goods to customers
- Liaise with logistics to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain and update customer records
- Communicate important feedback internally
- General administrative duties to assist with the day to day running of the main office
Qualifications / Experience:
- GCSE in English and Maths
- Previous office experience desirable
- Knowledge of Sage would be an advantage
- Computer literate
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good organisation and time management skills
