Sales Administrator Job description

We are currently looking for an experienced Vehicle Sales Administrator to join a busy, highly motivated, multi franchised Central Sales Administration Hub at our Oldham Dealership.

What Will You Be Doing?

Every day duties will include:

· Maintaining accurate sales department records and systems

· Ensuring all documentation is stored, processed and archived in accordance with Pentagon Motor Group Policies and Procedures

· Processing paperwork relating to Vehicle Sales from the Sales Executives, including Purchase Paperwork, Registration and Licensing Documentation, Finance Contracts and Invoicing

· Following Procedures in Accordance with the Data Protection Act to protect computerized records

· Promptly attending to customers needs, enhancing the reputation of the Pentagon Motor Group

Working hours for this role are Monday – Friday 0830am – 1700pm.

Who Are We Looking for?

The ideal candidate MUST be;

· From a vehicle sales administration background

· Experienced in all aspects of Sales Administration, stock control, vehicle locator, taxing and invoicing.

· Highly organised with excellent planning skills

· A fluent communicator via email, telephone and face to face

· Results focused

· Able to remain calm whilst working to deadlines in a busy sales orientated environment.

· Flexible in their approach to work

· Precise with high levels of accuracy.

· Able to demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude and team player mentality

· Experienced in using Kerridge.
