For the successful Sales & Marketing Manager our client is offering:
I. £40,000 – £45,000 per annum (DOE)
II. Monday to Thursday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, Friday, 8:00am – 4:15pm
III. 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays (Increasing to 23 Days with service)
IV. Company Profit Share Scheme
V. Sales growth bonus scheme paid quarterly
VI. Permanent position

The role – Sales & Marketing Manager:
I. Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships with key account customers
II. Maintaining a focused approach to achieve expected monthly sales budget and
control our monthly marketing spend.
III. Taking responsibility for ensuring the smooth day to day running of the office and being
proactively involved and prepared to assist in all areas when necessary
IV. Helping in the preparation of and attending trade shows during the working week and at
weekends
V. Training new employees
VI. Attending weekly production meeting to ensure a continual product supply of both current and
new products
VII. Coordinating and managing product marketing materials with the marketing executive
VIII. Identifying new sales opportunities and managing field sales executives
IX. Monitoring weekly sales to report progress to the Sales Director.

What our client is looking for an Sales & Marketing Manager:
I. Proven sales office management experience in a busy environment ESSENTIAL
II. A high level of flexibility and adaptability are required to cover the diverse duties under this
role
III. You are driven and prepared to go the extra mile to motivate your team and help them succeed
IV. Confident using Sage line 50 accounts or similar and Sales CRM systems
V. Proven experience with marketing activities and product management ESSENTIAL
VI. Proven ability for managing and developing a sales & marketing team ESSENTIAL
VII. Proven experience working within a manufacturing/ Engineering company ESSENTIAL
