Job Summary/Goals
As JLL continues to invest in the Work Dynamics EMEA Sales and Solutions Team, we are now searching for a talented Portfolio Services, Sales and Solutions Director based in the UK. This role will lead both regional and global multi-service, occupier pursuits by translating client challenges and outcomes into tailored outsourced solutions. The primary target for this role will be EMEA domiciled international corporates who wish to outsource a combination of Portfolio and Transaction Management, Estates/Property Management, Lease Administration, Technology, PMO and Capital Works services. This role will primarily focus on securing multi-year, new and expansion contracts, as well as critical account renewals. The role would suit a corporate occupier focused individual and passionate sales and solutioning professional who enjoys working as part of a regional team and collaborating with international colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the CRE occupier and competitor landscape.
- Establish a market presence through social media, participation in industry bodies and client events to demonstrate expertise, initiate client conversations and contacts.
- Understand and clearly articulate to prospective clients JLL’s portfolio services capabilities, strengths and value proposition.
- Develop a personal pipeline of new business opportunities and allocation of strategic account renewals for conversion.
- Achieve assigned sales targets at or above acceptable target revenue and margin thresholds.
- Aligned with Work Dynamics sales strategy and target industry verticals, create compelling portfolio services solutions to new client opportunities, existing contract expansions and strategic renewals.
- Own and lead the sales and solutioning process from identifying targets, shaping the buying vision, tailoring the solution, commercial and contract negotiations, risk management, and handover to transition and account delivery teams.
- Work within a matrix organisation and establish strong working relationships with regional/global SME’s and business leaders during solutioning and client dialogue.
- Adherence to JLL’s sales governance, reporting and deal sign-off stage gates.
Competencies and Experience
- Depth of knowledge and experience in at least one area of Portfolio Services e.g Portfolio and Property Management, Transactions, or Capital Works.
- Sales and Solutions experience with international Corporate Occupiers; or
- Experience in managing a Portfolio Services account.
- 8-10 years CRE experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Business, Finance or Real Estate preferred).
- RICS (preferred but not mandatory).
