Job description: We are looking for a Sales Associate for this business based in Shrewsbury which is easily commutable from Wolverhampton. The business was formed 30 years ago, with the view of delivering an outstanding service of sourcing and delivering Combination Screws into many industries.They have grown from strength to strength based on reputation of quality, availability and price and are now expanding the sales team to reach more customers within the UK with a goal to develop the business into Europe.This Sales Associate role is an excellent opportunity for someone who has the passion and desire to have a successful career in a sales. You will have continued training and development and shadow the team to learn all elements of the business.The role as a Sales Associate:
- Shadowing the Sales Team
- Selling products and services
- Managing and updating the CRM system.
Experience required as a Sales Associate:
- Sales background would be advantageous but not essential
- Desire to learn
- The ability to understand customer requirements.
- The ability to work as part of a small team
- Great customer service skills
- Knowledge of Word, Excel and Sage is beneficial.
The package on offer for this Sales Associate role:
- Basic salary between £20,000 – £25,000
- Commission payments and bonus (after probation period)
- Office based in Shrewsbury
- Monday – Thursday 8.15am-4pm and Friday 8am-3pm
- 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays)
