Job description: We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Coordinator to join our client’s team? This is a full time role based within the office.

Key Skills:

  • Purchasing and Supplier Development: Strong negotiation skills are essential for successful collaboration with suppliers.
  • Sales and Business Development: Build and nurture positive relationships with existing customers to expand the portfolio of accounts.
  • Presentation Skills: Confidently and effectively present formal information to clients when necessary.
  • Administration: Highly organised with the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Import and Exporting: Training will be provided; prior experience is not essential.
  • Microsoft Office: Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Main Duties: * Customer Collaboration:

  • Work closely with existing customers to fulfil project and brand requirements efficiently.
  • Understand customer briefs and needs for each project enquiry.
  • Product Sourcing:
  • Source the best and most suitable products to provide optimal solutions for customer projects.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive prices.
  • Presentation and Reporting:
  • Prepare professional presentations and reports as needed.
  • Generate and provide quotations for customers using PROMOS.
  • Documentation and ISO Compliance:
  • Create and maintain a Job File on the company server in accordance with ISO 9001.
  • Process orders in PROMOS following ISO 9001 guidelines.
  • Order Management:
  • Follow up on all enquiries, ensuring they progress to order placement.
  • Efficiently manage and track orders throughout production, ensuring successful completion and delivery.
  • Logistics Coordination:
  • Coordinate deliveries and prepare necessary documentation, including packing lists and delivery notes.
  • Communicate specific delivery and order requirements to suppliers.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Maintain and proactively develop customer relationships to meet and exceed expectations.
  • Handle and resolve any issues or concerns raised by customers.
  • Reporting:
  • Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports, as required.
  • Provide status sheets to keep stakeholders informed.
  • General Responsibilities:
  • Perform any other assigned duties as needed to contribute to the overall success of the sales team and company.
