Salary: £22,000 – £30,000 DOE + End of Year Bonus.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team where you will be a valued member of a well-established company in Sandwich, Kent.

The Sales Administrator will work closely with our account managers, supporting them in managing key accounts and ensuring the smooth execution of the sales process. The successful candidate will be responsible for various administrative tasks, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Support account managers with order processing, quotes, technical calculations, and logistical processes.
Serve as the first point of contact for inbound and outbound calls and emails from customers in the UK, providing timely and accurate information and assistance.
Utilise bespoke software to design solar projects, full training will be given.
Have technical understanding and knowledge to effectively address customer queries and provide relevant information.
Work closely with colleagues in The Netherlands on complex projects and stock deliveries.
Engage in soft selling of products to potential customers, highlighting their benefits and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Perform various administration duties, with strong planning and organising skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

Previous experience or a strong interest in sales is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong planning and organising skills.
Technical understanding and knowledge.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Commercial mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities.
Accurate and detail oriented.
Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
Hold a valid driving license and passport for occasional travel requirements.
