Key Responsibilities of a Sales Executive:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound inquiries, whether through telephone calls or emails
- Guide potential customers through the sales pipeline, ensuring that all quotes are effectively managed to their conclusion
- Oversee key accounts, ensuring that all phases of the key account strategy are executed according to the plan
- Foster and nurture relationships with existing, inactive, and potential customers to gain insights into their needs and drive sales growth
- Uphold a commitment to outstanding customer satisfaction by providing prompt, courteous, and professional communications
- Monitor order progress to keep customers informed and ensure their requirements are met
- Utilise software and systems to track and record key performance indicators (KPIs) associated with the role
Requirements of a Sales Executive:
- 2 years minimum Sales experience
- 1 in every 4 weeks – Late Shift Required (2pm -10pm)
- Language skills will be advantageous
- Possess a confident and personable telephone manner
- Strongly oriented toward providing excellent customer service
- Skilled in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
