Sales Executive
Prospero Integrated are currently looking for an Internal Sales Executive to join a dynamic and innovative team at a leading audio-visual integrator.
Key Details:
- Permanent
- Up to £33k
- Maidenhead
Responsibilities:
- Raise purchase orders
- Manage job packs
- Obtain POD’s and invoice’s from suppliers
- Assist Sales in creating small ad hoc quotes
- Email monitoring and OOO cover for Sales
- FOH Phone answering
- quote and forecast management for Sales
- Loan unit management
- IMS and Quality Policy awareness and development
- Engineering resource planning cover
Skills Required:
- Strong customer service and support focus with a desire to deliver a high quality service
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Self-motivated with the ability take ownership and responsibility
- Ability to multi task, work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- PC skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Sage, Pipedrive
