Travail employment group are delighted to be working with a multi award winning Manufacturing company in Sheffield, who are looking for a Sales Ledger Administrator to join their Payroll and Finance team. Reporting to the Finance manager your duties will include:

  • Liaising with the Finance Department for month end accounting
  • Dealing with company Debtors
  • Liaising with the Sales team
  • Using accounting software
  • Arranging customer bookings
  • Providing costs for orders
  • Support with statements, reconciling, customer enquiries and customer accounts
  • Help resolve customer queries
  • Support Senior Credit Controller chase overdue invoices
  • Using online Customer Portals

We would expect the successful Sales Ledger Administrator to:

  • Be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Be an excellent communicator and have a friendly confident telephone manner
  • Ability to accurately input data promptly
  • Ability to manage own workload
  • Be highly organised
  • English and Maths qualifications
  • Experience of working with accounting software would be advantageous
  • Raising invoices and credit notes
  • Ideally have 1 years’ experience in finance

This vacancy would suit someone currently working as an Accounts Administrator or Accounts Receivable, it would also suit a candidate working within Accounts or an Administration sales role.

Monday – Friday

32 days paid holiday per year which increases with length of service
