You will be joining an incredibly experienced team with a wealth of experience and a brand that precedes them. They have a strong presence across London through their vast network of offices. Located in arguably one of the most fun and exciting part of London nestled at the foot of Portobello Road market.
The role
You will be learning the trade of Estate Agency with a hands-on approach, shadowing your manager and researching the local market. Regularly contacting applicants, following up on leads, booking and attending viewings. You will be focusing on building relationships with applicants and clients and will be a fundamental member of the office. You will be involved in sales and lettings and offer support across both disciplines.
What’s needed
- Must have an ambitious and can do attitude
- Should be a natural sales person with the ability to communicate
- Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service
- Driven outlook with desire to work in the London property market
- Competitive energy and willingness to thrive in commission role
- Minimum of 6-12 months experience as sales or lettings negotiator
- Full driving license
The rewards
- OTE £50k
- Competitive commission structure
- Alternate Saturdays
