What we are looking for…

We have a vacancy in the Sales Department of our Telford office. We are looking for an individual with high standards and an incredible work ethic to join us. You will be keen to learn and develop your skills whilst also having a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.

A hunger to succeed with a commitment to personal development are key characteristics required in order to succeed in this role.

Predominantly a sales role, experience is preferable however a candidate with no experience and a great attitude will be considered.

Day to day duties include:

• Booking viewings & valuations of properties in Telford
• Liaising with homeowners to discuss marketing activity and build relationships
• Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
• Ensuring current legislation and regulations are adhered to
• Providing a professional and courtesy approach to all clients
• Assisting with social media pages

Salary is basic £21,500 plus commission – OTE £25,500+

Working Hours: Monday-Friday: 9:00-17:00

Every other Saturday: 9:00-13:00
