As a result of expansion, they are looking for an experienced Sales & Lettings Negotiator to help in the ongoing development of their lettings business. (Salary based on experience and ability).The ideal candidate will be smart, well-presented, enthusiastic, articulate, ambitious and must be able to demonstrate an excellent record within the property industry.Skills: The skills required for this Estate Agency Sales & Lettings Negotiator (Part Time) role will include:
- Estate agency experience
- High level of customer care
- Exceptional telephone manner
- Well-presented and articulate
- Ambitious and Self-Motivated
- Local knowledge of the Sidcup area preferred
- Full UK driving License and Car owner
