£25,000 – £30,000

This position reports directly to the Sales Manager. You will ensure the high service and satisfaction of national and international customers. You will be applying your expertise and experience within an international environment and the internal departments. The role is to ensure the smooth operation of the business.

Responsibilities include but not limited to

• Manage all orders on the Nav system.
• Follow defined KPI’s with your manager.
• Order from suppliers
• Maintain customer database, pricing, and customer case history up to date.
• Escalate relevant customer issues to the Sales Managers to assure high level of reactivity and problem resolution.
• Follow-up customer overdue in link with the Sales Managers.
• Arrange samples to be sent to customers.
• Arranging necessary documents for both local and export deliveries.

Requirements

• 2-3 plus years of customer service, export service or related experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
• Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Attention to detail, strong follow-up skills and proven ability to produce quality work.

What’s in it for you

• Hours – 40 hours per week, working office hours based around 8.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
• Pay – £25,000 – £30,000 (dependent on experience).
• Holiday Allowance – 25 days, plus bank holidays.
• Pension – The Company will make contributions of 7% of earnings into the scheme. In addition, for every 1% the employee contributes the Company will contribute a further 0.5% up to a maximum Company contribution of 10%.
• Private Health Care Scheme after 2 years’ service.
