Job Description

  • Job Title: Sales Manager
  • Job Type: Permanent
  • Hours: 37.5 per week
  • Job Location: Middlesbrough- Travelling will be required for this role, a company car or car allowance will be provided
  • Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 based on experience

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and establishing strong relationships within the natural resources sector (Oil, Gas, Chemicals, and Minerals).

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the natural resources market.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in sales, within natural resources or the environmental industry.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
