We are more than just a training company; we provide the total solution to our customers streamlining their administration and developing their staff.Joining our team will give you the opportunity to earn uncapped commission £70,000 OTE,About the RoleAs a sales Manager, you will have significant influence over revenue generation and responsibility for maximising individual and team opportunities across all sectors. You will both engage and develop leads and prospects into active accounts. Your prospect set will be self-generated New Business, your role will play a fundamental part in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.Start date: June 2024Main responsibilities and duties

  • Generate interest by delivering online demos to New Prospects and self-generating Leads to build your own pipeline.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to guide and drive New Business Sales
  • Describe the product and solution set features and benefits to a high degree combined with a knowledge of educational systems and processes.
  • Identify sales opportunities by prospecting and close new business.
  • Build, develop and drive a sales pipeline to secure future revenue generation.
  • Work closely with the marketing department to ensure all campaign leads are followed up correctly.
  • Represent BroadShield at corporate and training events when required.
  • Represent the Sales Team and the Commercial Team in a positive way with other BroadShield Departments and internal customers.
  • Work closely with our Client Experience Team for the successful and seamless on-boarding of clients.
  • Achieve individual and team monthly targets.

Essential Skills

  • A minimum of 5 year’s SaaS sales experience with good sales training and an awareness of the sales process to build on.
  • A minimum of 2 years direct line management experience
  • Must hold Minimum level 3 or GCSE English and Maths qualification.
  • A full driving licence, access to a car and ‘business use’ car insurance
  • Ability to develop and implement departmental and individual revenue growth plans and strategies.
  • Be knowledgeable about the relevant sectors changes that may impact on workplace learning practices.

  • Salary £38,000 – £40,000 per annum (Dependant on experience)
  • Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5:30pm, Fridays 8.30am to 4pm
