We are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join our busy infrastructure branch in Cardiff reporting into the Sales Office Manager!
This is a fast paced, high value branch part of a sales team of 4 within a wider team of 18, you will be involved in various duties such as answering inbound and outbound calls, generating sales and quotes for our Civils market, being responsible for your own ledger of accounts and working together as a team to successfully meet the branch targets and adhering to KPI’s.
For the right person, full training will be provided, you don’t need to have a previous sales background. Strong customer service skills are essential, as well as being keen to learn on the job, being confident to build great building relationships and to influence and negotiate.

Sales or customer service background
Good at building relationships, meeting expectations and deadlines
Team player, organised & influencing and negotiating skills
Product knowledge or industry experience is preferrable but not essential
