Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and detail orientated Sales Administrator to support our sales team in the fast paced and evolving SaaS software technology environment.
Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the sales process by providing admin support and assistance to the sales team, updating records, and producing accurate reporting on a weekly basis.
Your attention to detail, exceptional organisation skills and a strong head for numbers and dashboard reporting will contribute to the overall success of our sales team.
What will the role involve?:
- Assist sales with managing and coordinating the sales process from start to finish.
- Prepare and process all sales engagement stages and ensure accurate completeness of information for reporting purposes.
- Maintain and update customer information on the CRM system, ensuring data integrity.
- Generate sales reports on a weekly basis and provide timely updates to the sales team and management.
- Coordinate and schedule key meetings and appointments and demos for the sales teams
- Assist in managing and prioritising sales inquiries and leads submitted to the team from BDR
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and KAM and support areas within eh business to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals and contracts.
- Support the sales team in generating and qualifying leads.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively support the sales team.
- Assist in organising and attending sales events, conferences and trade shows as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a sales administrator or in similar role
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other software tools.
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Ability to work effectively in fast paced and deadline driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with SaaS software technology industry would be an advantage.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Strong financial acumen and ability to produce budgets and forecasts.
