As a Sales Support Apprentice, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, responsible for:
- Efficiently managing customer requirements
- Providing quotes and collaborating with internal departments
- Championing efficiencies and continuous improvement for the customer journey
- Conducting market research to ensure competitive cost offerings
- Overseeing the core return process to meet KPIs
- Escalating, resolving, and closing queries related to trace, damage, and warranty
- Running reports on outstanding exchange, 3rd party, late fee, and loan charges
- Enthusiastic attitude towards kickstarting a career in aviation
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to a dynamic industry
- analytical mindset for market research and intelligence
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Collaboration is at the heart of everything you do, you’ll be a key team player either having had recent work experience or showcased through an extra curricular activity.
- You’ll be attentive to detail, ensuring that our customers receive the right information the first time.
Apprentices without Level 2 English and maths will need to achieve this level prior to taking the end-point assessment. For those with an education, health and care plan or a legacy statement the apprenticeships English and maths minimum requirement is Entry Level 3 and British Sign Language qualification are an alternative to English qualifications for whom this is their primary language.
