We have an exciting roadmap ahead for new products, services, production capacity and business expansion. As a result of this continued success, we are expanding our teams in Dungannon. We currently have opportunities for a Cost & Pricing Analyst
Position Details
Terex Recycling Systems specialize in the design and build of stationary and modular recycling systems to provide customers with a “one stop shop” to meet their recycling needs. The new business unit will complement Terex’s existing environmental lines: Terex Ecotec (mobile wood processing, biomass and recycling equipment) and CBI (horizontal grinders, industrial chippers, flail de-barkers), incorporating existing world-leading material conveying, screening, shredding and sorting technology along with its team’s knowledge, experience and skills to deliver the right solutions so that customers can maximize recovery from waste and in doing so divert it from landfill.
This role will support the sales team by providing pricing, quotes and other information as required whilst continuing to develop and improve the team’s processes to maximize the productivity and efficiency of the team
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and developing pricing models
- Pricing projects based on engineering specifications and generating proposals for the Sales team
- Investigating product BoM costs
- Undertaking comprehensive cost and margin analysis
- Working with the Sales and Engineering teams to identify and analyse opportunities for cost reduction to maximise the sales conversion rate
- Providing data to support supplier negotiations
- Developing processes for efficient and accurate project pricing
- Coordinating sales from order to delivery
- Inputting orders into the system to ensure orders are processed in-line with delivery requirements
- Order form formulation, manipulation, design, updating and margin maintenance
- Sales reporting
- Any other duties as assigned

About You
Experience Level & Required Qualifications:
Essential:
- 3 A-levels or equivalent qualification
- Experience in a costing, pricing or engineering role
- Extensive experience using MS Excel – including advanced techniques such as lookups, pivots and multi layered formulae.
- Ability to develop a commercial proposal to a complex technical solution
- Ability to work as part of a team and meet deadlines
Desirable:
- Degree in accounting / business / finance / engineering
- Previous exposure to engineering, manufacturing & factory environments
- Experience using an ERP System
