This is a brand-new position that will sit with the sales and marketing team and support them across a broad spectrum of activities.Energy & Utility Skills are at the forefront of bringing industry leaders together to identify and address the skills challenges that the sector faces. They provide membership, assurance, and skills solutions to help employers attract, develop, and maintain a sustained skilled workforce to safeguard the future health, safety and prosperity of every person and business in the UK.This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has a couple of years’ experience within a sales support, customer services or data focused marketing role who is looking for the next step up in career.Requirements in the role:

  • Sales reporting and CRM- support the sales team with data cleansing and input onto the CRM system, data segmentation for email campaigns and post campaign reporting and analysis.
  • Sales administration – take minutes in sales meetings, support on the creation of presentations and sales proposals and be the first point of contact for enquiries.
  • Marketing support – work with the marketing team to deliver any data requests for campaigns, assist with event planning and logistics and support with updating marketing materials and content for the website.

What experience do you need?

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • PC literate, with strong Excel skills to build formulas for reporting and basic analysis.
  • Previous relevant experience that would transfer into a role of this nature.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Some experience of working with a CRM system and data would be advantageous.
