As a Sales Team Leader, you’ll lead and inspire a team of up to 10 Advisors to achieve maximum sales and revenue within designated budgets. Your responsibilities include first-line supervision, ensuring the team’s performance aligns with strategic objectives, quality measures, and sales targets. You’ll play a key role in optimising our current proposition and developing strategies to enhance sales and retention plans across all product lines.
You’ll also collaborate closely with stakeholders, and your expertise will drive the success of our outbound sales initiatives.
