Tasks and Responsibilities

A Sales Tool, Adoption and Support Specialist is responsible to support the Head of Sales Process & Tools for UK to ensure that all Sales tools are used in the most efficient and effective way, in line with agreed business and sales processes. You will need to be proactive upon request support for all end users and ensure current tools continue to meet the evolving requirements of the business. You are responsible for achieving regional and country adoption, usage and quality targets.

  • Help manage country roll out and implementation of sales processes/tools, such as Offer Management and Guided On boarding
  • Manage tool usage and user behaviour to ensure all tools are used in line with UK Business and Global Sales Processes
  • To gather feedback and present UK development requirements to relevant country/regional teams
  • Ensure implementation and support of sales tool related processes for Global / Regional initiatives
  • To manage and review all existing Tools SLA and to deploy new sales tool versions and functionality and integrate into business
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company/country policies
  • First point of escalation for Sales with regards to Sales Processes and Tools
  • Develop constructive partnerships with all key M&S and stakeholders including – Regional Sales Managers, Marketing/Product Management, KA Industry Heads, Areas Sales Managers, Regional Field Sales Trainers, Sales Training and BDM’s
  • Adhere to country laws/regulations and company procedures/ standards in regard to Safety and Security
  • Adhere to customs / import / export procedures as applicable
  • Ensure any potential security breaches or concerns are brought to the attention of supervisor/manager without delay

Your Profile – Skillsets and Attributes

  • Excellent Planning and Organising
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong customer orientation and business acumen
  • Flexible approach to work with a proactive attitude
  • Cross Border Thinking,
  • Some knowledge of relevant DHL Sales Tools: COMET and/or iPresent is advantageous
  • Knowledge of any other CRM/SFA or MS tools
  • Experience of automating Sales Processes or other work processes
