Position Summary:
- We are looking for BAs who have a proven track record of Business Analyst engagements, evidencing a robust approach to BA processes. Ideally more than 3 years of experience.
- The BAs are not required to be a technical specialist, however, functional SAP and/or CRM experience would be beneficial.
- SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) again, desirable – but not essential.
- There is the potential for the requirement for the successful resources to be onsite for up to one or two days a week.
Job Description
- Experienced Business Analyst who has 3 plus years of experience working in waterfall and agile delivery models.
- Can demonstrate a history of applying appropriate business analysis methods, tools, techniques, selecting appropriately from plan driven/predictive approaches or more adaptive (iterative and agile) approaches.
- Knowledge of application development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, establishing root cause and underlying patterns.
- Initiates and maintains influential relationships with internal customers, suppliers and partners at senior management level.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
- Experience of working within a large organization that provides utility services or a service industry where technology has been implemented to support more innovative ways of working.
- Experience of working with SAP S/4 – experience working with SAP S4/HANA and desirable experience of SAP PM (Plant Maintenance).
- Can demonstrate a range of requirement gathering techniques and capture methodology. Particular experience in Agile and User Story and Acceptance Criteria working methods is needed.
- Ability to run Scrum sessions, prioritize requirements and manage work stacks using Dev Ops or other similar SDLC Applications.
- Self-starter, able to prioritize workloads and demonstrate a professional ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Ability to challenge – constantly questioning to create innovative and disciplined ways of working.
- Educated to degree level and or with appropriate professional qualification e.g. Diploma in Business Analysis, British Computer Society Certification, CBAP etc
