- Have a proven track record in financial and business management in an educational setting
- Have significant experience, knowledge and understanding of all aspects of School Business Management and be able to lead these areas within school
- Have a relevant professional qualification – at least DSBM / Degree level
- Demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills
- Promote the school’s ethos and contribute to the wider life of our school community
