Core – Asset are working alongside a Investment Management firm who are looking for a school leaver to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious school leaver or graduate to grow their career in a reputable firm.
This role is based in Edinburgh and requires the successful candidate to be in the office 5 days a week.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Good understanding of Maths and English
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Administrative experience beneficial
- Ambitious and proactive mindset
- Strong organisation and accuracy skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Supporting senior members of the team.
- General administrative support.
- Organising meetings, diaries etc.
- Liaising with clients, custodians and 3rd parties.
- Drafting client meeting update packs.
- Taking minutes and preparing papers for meetings.
- Drafting research notes.
- Preparation of portfolio review templates
- Project work – taking on ad hoc projects as and when required.
- A working knowledge of the software used within the firm
