Salary £30,825 – £33,945 Pro-rata

Northenden Community School is looking to appoint an Office Manager to work in this new role at the school.

The Office Manager will manage and have oversight of school administration policies and processes to ensure that the school administration team provides an effective service that meets the needs of the school. They will work closely with the Head teacher to ensure effective financial; estates; health and safety; resource; and, people management.

We are looking to appoint a hardworking, honest, dependable and self-motivated person who can demonstrate a firm commitment to the ethos, aims and values of the school and who pays particular attention to detail. The successful candidate will have a flexible approach to their work and ability to work independently as well as play a key role within a busy team. You should have excellent communication skills and extensive administration and/or finance experience. Previous experience of working in education would be an advantage.
