School Team and Operations Coordinator (full-time, fixed term to 1 March 2027)

Salary on appointment will be £28,929 per annum, with an annual increment up to £35,308 per annum 

Norwich Medical School is seeking an efficient and proactive Team and Operations Coordinator to coordinate strategic and operational projects and associated Faculty support staff that underpin the continued growth and development of the School. The School occupies two sites on the UEA Campus and has links with a number of other institutions within the NHS and Norwich Research Park. 

We are looking for someone with a strong track record of coordinating and facilitating the delivery of challenging operational and strategic workload in a busy environment where leadership and communication skills are essential. You will be someone who enjoys the challenge of enabling ambitious broad ranging ideas and developments and motivating colleagues to share these goals.

The post will involve the provision of high-quality support to the Senior Faculty Manager and the School Management Team, including project support, assimilating information, team supervision, management and coordination and communicating strategies and initiatives. You will ensure sufficient capacity and flexibility in the support team to respond to the operational, business and strategic needs of the School, matching resource to task.

This full-time post is available immediately on a fixed term basis to 1 March 2027 to cover the secondment of the current post holder.
