Job Description
Starting salary from £24,715 per annum, dependent on skills and experience, with an annual increment up to £28,131 per annum
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Administrative Assistant to undertake secretarial and administrative duties to support the Norwich Medical School and deliver a strong customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
You will provide efficient, pro-active and high quality customer support and assist the Norwich Medical School by undertaking a number of secretarial and administrative duties including drafting reports, taking minutes, arranging travel, organising meetings, answering queries and diary management. You will also assist in the procurement of equipment, monitor and maintain finances where required and support new starters.
You will be educated to A level standard or equivalent qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role. Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills are essential as is the ability to manage a varied workload in a high paced environment. Previous experience in procurement processes, budget management and/or updating websites and social media would be advantageous.
This full-time post is available on an indefinite basis.
