Our client, a leading global supplier for IT services, requires a Senior Business Analyst to be based in their client’s office in Macclesfield, UK.

This is an office-based role.

This is a 6-Month temporary contract to start asap.

Day rate: Competitative Market rate

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct a “diagnostic” assessment across key elements the clients value chain and strategic sites to identify opportunities for unlocking Autonomous Manufacturing using innovative technology to create value.
  • Plan and facilitate Autonomous Manufacturing opportunity workshops, share expert cross-industry insights, develop value propositions, and create business cases.
  • Develop a roadmap prioritized by value, along with accompanying business cases for proposals in 2025.
  • Create a reference architecture blueprint for new strategic greenfield sites considering existing sites and transitioning them towards the target reference architecture.

Key Requirements

  • Experience in Manufacturing and Supply Chain Value stream analysis.
  • Proficiency in Industry 4.0 use case elicitation, business case development, and successful benefits realization with novel Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., robotics, AI, IoT, cloud computing).
  • Ability to create roadmaps enabling real-world implementation of Industry 4.0 technologies.
  • Expertise in Business Analysis, including comprehensive analysis of current manufacturing processes, systems, and technologies.
  • Strong capabilities in Requirements Gathering, collaborating with key stakeholders to gather and prioritize business requirements.
  • Experience in Benefits Analysis, evaluating implications of autonomous manufacturing initiatives including cost-benefit analysis, ROI projections, and budgetary considerations.
  • Skilled in Change Management, supporting efforts by communicating benefits and providing guidance throughout implementation.
  • Proficient in Risk Assessment, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Ability to develop comprehensive autonomous manufacturing strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences through documentation and presentations
  • You might be required to travel to Europe occasionally
