The E2E Clothing & Home Transformation scope, direction and investment has been agreed and we are now embarking on a very deliberate journey to enable and simplify the way we operate.
To visualise and design what good looks like in the future, understand how best we drive change, and embed the new ways of working, we have established a transformation team made up people who can lead projects and drive change, and we have some external change experts partnering with us.
End-to-end transformation means – changing what we do and changing how we do it.
As a cross functional programme, you will work across the C&H Business including Sourcing, Supply Chain, International, M&S.com, Retail, Outlets and 3 Party Brands, Planning Platform and D&T..

What you’ll do
Your key accountabilities will include
- Works with the business to methodically investigate, analyse, review, define and document business requirements, functions and processes identifying available options for business process improvement by:
- Define and document both the ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ business requirements and the business processes required
- Work alongside the Development Manager in defining the acceptance criteria with business representatives in establishing changes to process, assessing the impact of the proposed solution and any changes required to embed the solution.
- Support the Development Manager and Change Team to provide detailed business process knowledge to facilitate Change Impact Assessments
- Work alongside the Change Team in liaising with the business to make sure that the training team has sufficient information on how the new solution will work to be able to create the training materials.
Who you are
Your skills and experience will include
- Enjoy delivering at pace in complex environments, driving the delivery of outputs through multiple stakeholders.
- Comfortable and effective working and managing across different business units, functions, teams, understanding and balancing the needs of different stakeholders throughout.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills using a variety of tools (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint), with a passion for impactful storytelling that engages audiences and inspires them to act or advocate.
- Strong experience in dealing with business users, determining requirements and priorities as well as resolving issues.
- Expert analytical skills being able to quickly acquire an understanding of a problem or situation and identify practical alternatives to model, weighing up the benefits in order to recommend a high-level solution.
